Diseases and injuries
Just like in real life, your horse on My Horsez can also get sick or suffer an injury. To vaccinate your horse against diseases or treat it, go to the veterinarian in Applemoor.
Why should my horse be healthy?
If a horse's health is less than 100%, you cannot breed, train or compete with it. Also, the horse cannot be loaned through the loan system. You can get the health up by putting your horse in the paddock. Every four hours that your horse is in the paddock, your horse gains 5% health. For a horse that was still 80% healthy, it therefore takes 16 hours before it is fully healthy again.
How to prevent a disease
Vaccinate! It is important to vaccinate your horse in time so that your horse does not catch a disease. A vaccination expires between 12 and 15 days, so you should vaccinate your horse about every 2 weeks. A vaccination protects your horse against the disease’s tetanus and influenza. If your horse has fallen ill, you not only have to treat your horse for this disease, but also vaccinate it again.
