You can do a different things with your horses, below we have put down a short explanation of what is possible with your horses.
Breeding
With horses on My Horsez you can breed foals! Breeding foals is done by putting a mare and stallion of the same breed together in a pasture. When breeding, you can breed horses with better skills. You can also breed by colour, as My Horsez works with genetics based on real genetics.
Training and competing (dressage and jumping)
On My Horsez, you can train your horses in dressage and jumping. By training, you can get higher stars by riding competitions. The better you train your horse, the more skill points your horse passes on to its foals. This way, you can breed better and better horses!
To be able to train your horse to certain stars, it is important that you as a player also get lessons! That's why you can get user stars. The higher your own stars, the higher you can train your horses and the higher you can teach other players!
Western riding & western talent
Besides dressage and jumping, you can also ride western at My Horsez! However, this works a little differently from dressage and jumping. You can ride western once you have completed level 5 and storyline 2: The road to Buffaloo.
Once a month, a western competition is announced on the main page. You can then register for this competition and train your horse on the special western page available at that time. You will have a week to train your horse as much as possible, after which the competition will be held. If your horse finishes high in the western competition, you have the opportunity to breed western talent. In addition, you can win western coins and special items at a western competition. Care of your horse & diseases
It is of course important that you take good care of your horse. It is especially important that you keep your horse healthy by keeping its hooves trimmed at the farrier and vaccinating it against diseases on time. Otherwise, your horse is at risk of tendon injury or disease.
It is also important to keep track of your horse's hunger and thirst. If your horse is in the paddock, it will eat grass by himself but you have to top up the water. If your horse is stabled, it is important that you feed it regularly and refill its water bowl. You can do this in your stables (horses’ icon in the top right corner).
