Resetting your account
During an account reset, all data belonging to your account is reset. This means you have to start back up from the very beginning.
There are multiple reasons that can result in an account reset:
- You requested it yourself by submitting a ticket via the servicedesk.
- You made multiple accounts and exploited this.
- You have not logged in in the past 12 months, which makes your account subject to a reset.
- You deactivated your account. In this case, your account will be reset and you are not able to play on that account.
What happens during an account reset?
As mentioned, an account reset means you have to start over from the very beginning. This means:
- The amount of coins you have is back to 5000.
- Your horses will be removed.
- You can get a new starter horse.
- Your post counter is reset to 0, but the posts itself are not removed.
- Number of horses bred is reduced to 0. You remain the breeder of your bred horses owned by other players.
- Your items get deleted, this also mean your grooming boxes are emptied.
- You start at level 0 .
- Your ranch will be deleted.
- You can follow the tutorial again.
- You are eligible for the starter kit again.
If your account is reset, you still keep your username. Your forum posts and private messages remain the same. If you have staff history this also remains the same.
When are you not eligible for an account reset?
There are a few reasons why you would not be eligible for an account reset:
- You still own a horse and have enough coins to care for it.
- You have only been a member for a few days and still own a horse.
- Your account has already been reset several times in quick succession.
- You gave all your property, like horses and coins, away to other players.
