Bank

In Applemoor you can find the Bank, the building can be recognized by the big coin on the front. You can also access the bank through the menu by clicking on your saving balance next to the piggy bank.

Transferring coins

You can transfer coins to other players by filling in the username and the amount of coins you wish to send them. optionally, you can add a short message (max. 50 characters) along with the coins. When you confirm your coins transfer the user will immediately receive the coins in their wallet and a summary of the transfer in their inbox. When you yourself receive coins from another player, you get a message as well. This message summarises who sent the coins, how much they sent and the message they added (if any).

Depositing coins into your bank account

To prevent the possibility of losing coins during random events, it is recommended to deposit your coins into your bank account. There is no interest on your savings to prevent this from causing large gaps between rich and poor players.

Expenses and income

In the bank you can also see an overview of your expenses and incomes.

Veterinarian

The Veterinarian offers many services pertaining your horse's health. They can vaccinate your horses and treat any illnesses or injuries it might have picked up. For pregnant mares they also offer ultrasounds and check for miscarriages. In other cases the veterinarian can be a final stop for your horse where you can have it be put to sleep.

On the page Diseases and Injuries you can find every illness or injury your horse can get and how to treat it.

Make an ultrasound

Pregnant mares can be taken in for an ultrasound, where the vet can confirm whether she is expecting a filly or a colt. Besides a notification on the page, you will also receive the ultrasound results in your inbox. The message will contain the name and id of the mare for easy tracking.

Having an ultrasound performed costs 2500 coins.

Miscarriage check

Pregnant mares can be taken in for a miscarriage check. With this check, the vet confirms if the mare will give birth to a healthy foal after pregnancy, or that she will have a miscarriage. You receive the results in a notification on the page. You also receive the results in your inbox.

Having a miscarriage check performed costs 2500 coins.

Put a horse to sleep

You can put a horse to sleep when it is at least 1 year and 1 month old. Your horse does not need to be healthy to be put to sleep and will be considered passed away (and removed from the game) after the procedure is complete.

To avoid accidentally putting a horse to sleep, you need to confirm your choice during the procedure, to prevent players from accidentally putting their horses to sleep. This procedure cannot be undone, so think carefully before you proceed!

Putting a horse to sleep costs 1000 coins.

Helping villagers

You can help villagers out in Applemoor by clicking the note on the pole next to the pond. Taking on chores for the villagers is a good way to earn coins.

You can help villagers out by doing different chores:
  • Street sweeping
  • Collect garbage
  • Lawn mowing
  • Window cleaning
  • Monitoring
  • Help selling
  • Deliver mail
  • Help riding school
  • Help farrier
  • Help vet
Once you have reached 100% in your current chore, you can move up to the next chore. The more chores you have completed, the more coins you will earn every time you help. The exact amount of coins you earn differs, as you receive a random amount within the range indicated on the chore.

Farrier

At the Farrier you can get your horses' hooves trimmed for 200 coins. It is important to do this regularly, otherwise your horse is at risk of getting a tendon injury.

Hoof quality

The hoof quality of your horse can only be improved by a trip to the farrier.

The hoof quality of your horse deteriorates every night. If your horse's hoof care is at 100%, the hoof quality will drop with 3%. If the hoof care isn't at 100%, it will drop with 5%. You can improve the hoof care by adding a hoof pick to the grooming box and groom your horse.

If the hoof quality drops to 0%, your horse is at risk of a tendon injury.

Horse market

The Horse market can be found in Applemoor, you can recognize it by the horses that are hitched to the post. At the horse market, you can buy, sell, auction and reserve horses for other players.

Horses are bought with coins you have available in your wallet. So, make sure you have enough coins or get coins from the bank before buying a horse. When bidding on a horse during an auction the money is withdrawn from your account and a stall is reserved, if you win the auction the horse will appear in the stall within an hour. If you are outbid by another player, the coins get transferred back to you and the stall will become available again.

Purchasing a horse

You can buy horses through the ‘Search’ tab. Here you can fill in your search filters and look for horses that meet your requirements that are for sale or in an auction.

Selling a horse

You can sell your horse using the 'Sell' tab. There you will also find all the horses you currently have for sale.

if you want to sell a horse you can select its name in the drop down, enter a desired price and list it. If you want to reserve a horse for another player you can fill in their username in the 'reserve for' field.

The tack store has three categories: tack, care and premium tack. You can visit these categories by clicking on the tab for that category.
