Team page, you can find all team members, their tasks, changes within the team and vacancies.
If team members are needed, you can apply for them. Vacancies can be found on the
Team page.
Management
Management is responsible for updates and changes within My Horsez. In addition, management makes the final decisions, although in principle this is done in consultation with the other team members.
Operational employee
The operations officers work closely with management. They make sure that items are added to the game, banners/pages/blogs become visible to players, any horse/equipment errors are fixed and much more.
UX designer
The UX designer works closely with the operations officer and management. The UX designer design parts of the game with usability and playability in mind. In addition, the UX designer designs the layout of the app and website.
Moderators
The moderators are active on various fronts on My Horsez. Besides the tasks they perform visibly, they are also busy behind the scenes improving the game and consulting in case of disputes between players. Moderators who are still in their trial period are not listed on this page.
- Lead moderator - The lead moderator deals with matters within the team, such as the functionality of the team and the staffing of the various moderation sections. The head moderator will also be in charge of the application procedures and opening team change topics.
- Game moderator - The game moderators are in charge of answering questions, maintaining the wikipedia and entering the Quizzeys. The game moderators also do preliminary research on error tickets.
- Forum moderator - The forum moderators ensure that the forum remains tidy and orderly. You can contact them for questions about the forum.
- Mediators - The mediators handle the Reports and Quarrels that come in to the ServiceDesk. They also reset accounts and investigate double accounts. In addition, they help the forum moderators when disputes arise on the forum.
Designers
The designers are responsible for providing images for My Horsez. They draw new items, horse breeds and other images that are important for the game.
Content creators
The Content creators take care of additional images (such as the banners on the main page). In addition, they maintain My Horsez's social media.
Chat moderators
The chat moderators are active in our Discord. They keep the Discord chat clean and well-organised. They also take care of creating new channels when needed, for example at Christmas!
Bloggers
The bloggers are responsible for the blogs that are published weekly. They write texts on a wide range of topics such as horse breeds, equestrian sports, genetics, etc. They also provide appropriate images to accompany the blogs.
Back office
The back office has a wide variety of tasks. It can be anything. An example is testing new updates. Brainstorming about new updates and events can also be part of this.
Other employees
There are also other people who work on My Horsez. These include developers, system administrators, interns and so on. As they are not active in the game, they are not mentioned on the team page.
